Who
I Am

I'm Darius, a 16-year-old developer currently studying Computing in the UK. I first got into coding because I wanted to mod games, but before long I found myself building websites, learning backend development and exploring cybersecurity. I'm always more interested in understanding why something works than simply getting it to run. Whether that's writing code, building systems or learning how they can be exploited, I'm always looking to understand what's happening behind the scenes.

IT STARTED WITH GAMES ✅
I just wanted to mess around with games and make them do stuff they weren't supposed to. So I started writing scripts. Half of them didn't work. I had no idea what I was doing but I kept going anyway.

LEARNING BY BUILDING
Got into Roblox scripting and GTA V modding. Built game systems that real people were actually using which was a weird feeling. Lua became second nature and I started to get what programming was really about.

MY FIRST REAL WEBSITES
Started learning web dev — HTML, CSS, JS. Built my first proper websites. Also got into Java and C# which felt way more serious. Started to understand why structure actually matters.

BEYOND FRONTEND
Started building things that actually talk to each other. APIs, MySQL, Firebase. Went from making pages look nice to making them actually do something. That gap between frontend and backend finally made sense.

CYBERSECURITY CHANGED EVERYTHING
Got into cybersecurity and it just clicked. TryHackMe, Kali Linux, understanding how things get exploited. I realised I don't just want to build things I want to understand how they break too.
